The word of the day is PAIN.

Yeah. I haven't really done a whole lot here besides rest.  I'm still hurting from my adventures at Arches National Park on Saturday... My ankles are swollen and hurting badly, and I think I pulled a muscle in my right hip.  Walking is a fairly daunting task.

So I've just taken the time here to heal up and hang out with an old friend.  We'd planned on doing some things while I was here, but in my current condition I'm not up for much travel.  So we just ended up chilling.

Haven't taken any pics, so there's nothing to post for this one...
